U-shaped residence with 13 terraced bungalows all on the ground floor, located at 290 rue des Cormorans on a wooded and 200 meters from the beach and amenities.

For family reunions or friends, or just with your children in an atmosphere of friendly holidays.

Studios of around 18 m² on the ground, in addition to a mezzanine very popular with teens, spaces have been optimized to be functional. They are equipped for 4 people and have a parking space and a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

No internet (cyber cafe in the resort) for a real family vacation but TNT antenna jack (TV extra).

You must bring your linen (sheets, towels, towels), blankets are provided as well as mattress covers and bolsters protections. (sheets rental in option)

You have access to a room with washing machine tokens next to the reception desk and always open.

Outside: Terrace with garden table, 4 chairs, parasol and parasol base.

Interior: Living room with sofa bed (sleeping 2 people, 1 large fleece blanket and a gd pillow), a wardrobe area, a table with two stools and a bench, shelf, a miller's ladder with ramp accessing the mezzanine.

The kitchen corner is equipped with 2 electric rings, fridge top, a microwave oven, a sink, storage space and kitchen utensils and crockery (6 covers),small window

The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a sink with shelf and mirror, a small window.

Access from the outside by bay window protected by a blackout curtain.

First Floor

Low mezzanine (about 10 m²).
Equipped with 2 single beds, 2 polar blankets, 2 bolsters, a bedside lamp, a small corner shelf and a wardrobe closet.
